Taylor joined KGIP in January 2024 and serves as the Assistant Property Manager on behalf of Skanska for The Eight property, in Bellevue. Taylor supports tenant and vendor relations and operations, accounts payable and AR reporting, and ensures compliance with lease agreements and building policies. She also assists with budget preparation, financial analysis, and monthly reporting.
Prior to joining KGIP, Taylor spent 4 years in real estate operations with CBRE at Microsoft. During this time, she gained experience in Facility Management, bringing new construction buildings into operations, and creating several customer experience programs. She was involved in managing over 2 million square feet of office space across multiple campuses and coordinating with various stakeholders such as engineering, security, janitorial, and landscaping teams.
Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University. She is passionate about creating positive and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues and delivering exceptional service and value.
