Lazanedra joined KGIP in February 2024 and serves as the Property Administrator/Office Manager on behalf of Principal Industrial portfolio in Renton area. Lazanedra handles all utility invoices, certificate of insurance, office management, work order solutions, and accounting.
Prior to KGIP, Lazanedra’s professional experience includes 5+ years in residential property management of Class A mid-rise and high-rise portfolios. Her focus throughout her career has been towards vendor relationships and hands-on critical thinking.
She is an active member of CREW Seattle and is a Committee chair for the South Sound Committee. She has been awarded CREW ‘Rookie of the Year’ in 2022. She received a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Washington, while studying for a designation in CCIM. Currently, Lazanedra is also working on her master’s degree in real estate at Georgetown University. She is looking forward to advancing her career trajectory in Commercial Real Estate.
