Mike, who joined KGIP in 2022, is the Property Manager handling portfolio Industrial properties for private ownerships across the Portland Metro area. Mike handles all financial reporting, operating budgets, capital project and tenant improvement oversight, lease administration, as well as tenant and vendor relations. He ensures business processes are both effective and efficient with a hands-on approach to managing projects to their completion.
Before KGIP, Mike was an Assistant Property Manager at Shorenstein Realty Services. He has over 5 of years of experience in the commercial property management industry.
Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Management and Policy from Oregon State University.
