A KGIP member since 2022, Tony is responsible for managing Tenant Improvement projects as well as Capital projects for the Property Management team. Tony manages the design team as well as the contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors necessary for project execution.
Prior to joining KGIP, Tony worked at Pacific Program Management where he managed a variety of Tenant Improvement projects, ranging from 5,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet.
Tony is a result-orientated Construction Project Manager with 20 years of comprehensive experience overseeing capital, commercial and retail projects ranging from $5-$50 million dollars. He has experience in overall project execution including but not limited to, Leasing, project budgeting, contract negotiations, project scheduling, and quality control.
In his free time, Tony enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, playing golf, trying to keep up with his puppy, Griffey, and coaching and/or attending as many kids’ baseball and softball events as possible.
