A KGIP member since 2026, Matt Bergman is the Senior Property Manager on behalf of Principal Real Estate Investors for Epicenter Apartments. His responsibilities include client relations, managing resident life cycle, financial reporting, preparation of annual operating budgets, capital project and renovation planning, lease administration, as well as tenant and vendor relations.
Prior to joining KGIP, Matt served as Senior Property Manager with Avenue5 Residential, overseeing assets in the Seattle market. Matt’s professional experience includes 6 years of property management of Class A residential buildings. During this time, he has participated in managing lease-ups as well as stabilized assets, living building certification, and building transitions. Previous clients include Washington Holdings and Continental Properties.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Washington State University. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf and exploring the outdoors with his family.
