Destiny joined KGIP in June 2026 and serves as the Property Administrator and Leasing Assistant for our Washington Industrial Portfolio. She plays a key role in handling accounts payable, tenant relations, certificates of insurance, and assists the Senior Director with leasing and other projects.
She leverages a strong background in sales and business development management within the construction sector and is eager to excel in the property management industry. In addition, Destiny is a Seattle University Alum, graduating with a BA in Business Administration and Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She enjoys traveling, competitive gaming, and spending time with her niece.
