Michael joined KGIP in July 2026 as a Building Engineer for the Nicola Wealth Portfolio, focusing on the North Seattle properties.
Prior to joining KGIP, he was working as a building engineer for Hyatt Regency Seattle and Urban Renaissance which has helped him to develop strong skills in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting , and daily building operations. Michael brings a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable facilities.
