A KGIP member since 2026, Colby is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and management of the Avenue Bellevue property. His responsibilities include tenant and vendor coordination, property communications, invoice and payment administration, vendor compliance, maintenance coordination, and general administrative support.
Prior to joining KGIP, Colby was a Community Association Manager specializing in high rise condominium management and reserve project planning for various communities in the Puget Sound area. Outside of work, Colby stays active and involved in his community through sports. He plays men’s league soccer and coaches youth basketball, giving him an opportunity to enjoy competition while helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence.
