Josh is an experienced facilities maintenance professional and Journeyman Operating Engineer with over 18 years of experience in building operations, HVAC and refrigeration systems, industrial ammonia refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex mechanical equipment, operating and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, emergency generators, and building automation systems. Experienced in leading maintenance teams, coordinating vendors, managing work orders, and ensuring building safety and regulatory compliance. Brings a strong hands-on technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined work ethic developed through years of facilities operations and service in the United States Army.
