A KGIP member since 2026, Kevin is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a commercial office portfolio. He works directly with tenants, property managers, and vendors to complete tenant-generated work orders, perform building inspections, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure buildings are maintained safely and efficiently.
Prior to joining KGIP, Kevin worked as a Security Site Supervisor for Meta office locations in Redmond, where he oversaw daily security operations, coordinated with clients and contractors, and maintained a safe and professional environment for employees and visitors.
Kevin is currently attending Renton Technical College, pursuing studies in Commercial Building Engineering to further develop his expertise in building systems, operations, and facilities management. Outside of work and school, A proud father, and his daughter is his biggest motivation, inspiring him to continually grow both personally and professionally.
