A KGIP member since June 2026, Saul is responsible for the functionality of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems for one of our Bellevue Portfolios. He conducts regular inspections, performs preventative maintenance, and helps to coordinate repairs to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Prior to joining KGIP, Saul was a Multi-family housing Maintenance Manager for mid-rise and Highrise buildings throughout Washington State.

OSHA-30
AHERA Building Inspector.
