Alison joined KG Investment Properties in 2001 and is the Human Resources Director handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and payroll administration.

Josh Shearer

Josh is the Regional Director for KGIP’s operations in the Portland market as well as industrial operations in the Seattle market. In this role, he is responsible for oversight and overall performance of the portfolios managed by KGIP.

Beth Madrid joined KGIP in 2015, and has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management and operations. As the Senior Vice President, Regional Director for KGIP’s Northern California operations, she leads a team a real estate professionals. She is responsible for the oversight and operations of property management and leasing services of KGIP’s Bay Area portfolio.
