Beth Madrid joined KGIP in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management and operations. As the Senior Vice President, Regional Director for KGIP’s Northern California operations, she leads a team of real estate professionals. She is responsible for the oversight and operations of property management and leasing services of KGIP’s Bay Area portfolio, which consists of primarily Class-A office and Industrial assets located in Dublin, Pleasanton, Berkeley, Hayward, San Leandro, San Francisco, South San Francisco, Brisbane, San Mateo, San Jose, and Mountain View, California.
Beth previously worked as Director of Property Management and Leasing for Steelwave (formerly Legacy Partners Commercial), where she oversaw approximately 1.1 million square feet of Class A office space and managed a diverse team of real estate professionals.
She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley.
