Morgan Kramer joined KGIP in May 2026 as Director of Client Accounting & Finance, where she oversees client accounting services and corporate finance. Her background spans public accounting and M&A transaction advisory, bringing experience in financial reporting & analysis, internal controls, and accounting process improvement. Prior to joining KGIP, Morgan worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where she performed financial statement audits of public and privately held companies and M&A financial due diligence services for corporate and private equity investors.
Morgan is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting.
