Morgan Kramer joined KGIP in May 2026 as Director of Client Accounting & Finance. In this role, she oversees client accounting services and corporate finance. Prior to joining KGIP, Morgan worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where she conducted financial statement audits of public and privately held companies, focusing on financial reporting compliance, internal controls, and accounting process improvement. Most recently, Morgan provided M&A financial due diligence services at EY, partnering with corporate and private equity clients to assess financial performance and operating trends in support of strategic investment decisions. Morgan is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes and strengthen financial reporting.
