Andrea joined KGIP in August 2022 and serves as the Property Manager on behalf of Principal Real Estate Investors for the Broadway Tower, a Class A office high-rise building in downtown Portland.
Before joining KGIP, Andrea worked as a Commercial Property Administrator for C&R Management Group where she managed the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial buildings and served as primary contact for tenants and vendors. Previous experience includes roles as the Regional Tenancy Manager for a corporate housing and relocation provider as well as a supervisor role in client finance. She strives to always provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
