Theresa joined KGIP in February 2026 as a Maintenance Technician supporting a Bellevue portfolio. Theresa brings a maintenance background including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, pool and spa care, appliance repair, and unit turns.
Prior to joining KGIP, she gained experience with HNN Communities, Essex Property Trust, and as a Building Maintenance Engineer for federal FEMA facilities in Everett. She also spent several years as the proud owner of Tessie’s Treasures, her own furniture repair and refinishing business.
