A KGIP employee since May 2022, Kass is the Assistant Property Manager on behalf of Terreno Realty. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 20 industrial properties throughout the Bay Area.
Prior to joining KGIP, Kass previously worked in Residential and transitioned over to Commercial Real Estate in 2018 and use to oversee three Class A and B buildings in downtown San Francisco.
Kass has 5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and graduated with a BA in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
