Lynette Hensley has been a KGIP team member since February 2021. Her initial position held was Office Manager, she was later promoted to Portfolio Administrator and most recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Lynette has provided a high-level of customer service and dedication to each position she has held. She has a great interest in property management and has been very successful with learning each role and its’ varying responsibilities.
Lynette supports multiple office properties in the Bellevue, Redmond area. Some of her responsibilities include tenant and vendor management, contract negotiations, accounts receivable management and support for capital improvement projects.
Prior to KGIP, Lynette was the Operations Lead for a wholesale import business, Crown Linen Designs, where she managed product import and distribution.
