Jerry joined KGIP in June 2020 and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Seattle office and retail portfolio and provides Class A service to the office tenants and retail tenants for projects totaling over 500,000 square feet in downtown Seattle.
He handles tasks from janitorial, building security, card access, painting, landscape maintenance and building reviews.
