Jerry joined KGIP in June 2020, and is responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of the Nine Two Nine Office Tower and provides Class A service to the office tenants and the one retail tenant for a project totaling over 402,000 square feet in downtown Bellevue .
He handles tasks from janitorial, building security, card access, painting, landscape maintenance and building reviews.
