A KGIP member since April 2024, Mario works as a Maintenance Technician for The Eight.. He is responsible for working directly with tenants and vendors, to complete tenant generated work orders, buildings inspections, and oversee special projects as directed by Property Managers to ensure safety guidelines and requirements are met. He handles tasks from janitorial, building security, card access, painting, landscape maintenance and building reviews
Prior to joining KGIP, he was with the port of Seattle at Seattle Tacoma Airport where I completed my stationary and commercial building engineer apprenticeship through the Operating engineers union Graduated from Renton technical college.
