Sadie Guenther joined KGIP in December 2023 and serves as the Property Manager on behalf of PNW Properties in the Skagit Valley Region. In her role, Sadie manages client relations, financial reporting, preparation of annual business plans and operating budgets, capital project and tenant improvement oversight, lease administration, as well as tenant and vendor relations. She holds a passion for implementing client objectives while delivering superior service to tenants.
Sadie’s professional experience includes 12-plus years managing mid- and high-rise office buildings as well as flex-industrial and suburban office parks. During this time, she has participated in building repositions, commissioning new buildings, LEED certifications, as well as large-scale tenant and capital improvements. Her varied management experience has established her exceptional approach to real estate operations. Previous clients include Vulcan, Pacific Oak, Bentall Kennedy and KBS.
Sadie received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with Minors in Women’s Studies and Spanish from Washington State University. She has also held a Washington State Real Estate License since 2016.
