Rob is the Senior Chief Engineer for the Nicola Wealth portfolio totaling 1.3 MSF of office and retail properties. Rob has over 23 years of experience in commercial property engineering. He worked at Kidder Matthews for most of those 23 years, starting out as a Lead Engineer and rising through the ranks to a Chief Engineer.
Rob holds an 07 Electrical License and BOC 1 Certification.
