Josh is the Regional Director for KGIP’s operations in the Portland market as well as industrial operations in the Seattle market. In this role, he is responsible for oversight and overall performance of the portfolios managed by KGIP. In addition, Josh is KGIP’s primary point of contact for new business opportunities in both markets and is heavily involved in many of KGIP’s industrial development and renovation projects.
Josh brings over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, leasing, development and construction management. Josh joined KGIP in 2002 after starting his career commercial real estate career at Spieker Properties / Equity Office Properties, where he handled the leasing services for a 2.5 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Kent Valley industrial market.
In his free time, Josh enjoys trips to the Oregon Coast with his wife and kids, trying to wear out his Vizsla puppy, playing golf, and trying not to burn the house down while experimenting with new BBQ recipes.
