Jessica Milestone, a KGIP member since October 2023, serves as the Assistant Property Manager on behalf of Ares, CapRock Partners, Lift Partners and Sagard portfolios in the south-end industrial market. Daily responsibilities include tenant aging reports, invoicing, vendor contracts and assisting in day-to-day operations for both of her clients.
Prior to joining KGIP, Jessica was the Property Administrator for a commercial portfolio in Bellevue handling all vendor and tenant communications, certificates of insurance and assisting with day-to-day operations on site. She started her career in Multi-Family Property Management with Prometheus Real Estate Group in 2013.
