Dominic has been A KGIP member since August 2019 and is responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of an office portfolio in Bellevue, Washington providing Class A service to the office tenants and the one retail tenant for a project totaling over 402,000 square feet in downtown Bellevue. He handles tasks from janitorial, building security, card access, painting, landscape maintenance, and building reviews.
Prior to joining KGIP, he was a Maintenance Technician for Kidder Mathews. He worked at my first high rise building learning the basics of all equipment from HVAC systems, generator, plumbing, and electrical systems.
