Cory has been A KGIP member since April 2024, and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of North Creek Place in Bothell and the 929 Office Tower in Bellevue. He collaborates directly with tenants and vendors to complete tenant generated work orders and coordinate repairs. He maintains a safe working environment, following safety requirements, coordinating projects and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the building’s mechanical systems, which include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, Fire/Life/Safety.
Prior to joining KGIP, Cory worked as a Maintenance Manager for Lake Hills Business Associates LLC in the Residential field for a dozen years. There he learned maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, flooring, drywall, painting, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance and operations, and landscaping. His tasks also included scheduling vendors, ordering, and receiving materials, and turnover of apartments. He also worked in the main office as a property manager assisting future tenants with applications, signing of leases, and move in/move out inspections. He worked very closely with his tenants, ensuring they felt comfortable and safe in their home by displaying excellent customer service.
