Chris joined KGIP in 2023 and is the Operations Manager for Property Management and Technology. Chris previously worked with the 929 Office Tower team assisting in the management of the 929 Office Tower and Lincoln Plaza. Chris has over 5 years of office and residential property management experience. He has previously worked for Madeson Management as a Senior Property Manager and Irvine Company Office Properties as an Associate. Chris graduated from the University of Montana Western with a BS in Business Administration.
