Sarah joined KGIP in May 2025 as the Property Manager for 411 Borel, San Leandro Business Center and the Vasco Venture portfolio. Sarah previously worked as a Property Manager for Avison Young in San Francisco where she managed the daily operations for a 690,000 SF Class A high-rise asset overseeing $50M annual income and a $21M capital expense fund.
Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and holds a California Real Estate License.
