Daniel Hoffman joined KGIP in June 2025, bringing experience from residential property management. As the concierge at The Eight in Bellevue, Daniel is the first point of contact for all who enter the building. His focus on service creates a welcoming environment for tenants, vendors and visitors alike.
Daniel is highly skilled in collaborating with tenants and vendors, efficiently addressing tenants needs, and maintaining a high standard of service. His dedication to building strong relationships and ensuring tenant satisfaction underscores his commitment to excellence.
Before joining KGIP, Daniel has worked in many sectors of customer service. From healthcare, to insurance, to retail, to leasing and property maintenance. Daniel is recognized for his ability to effectively communicate between maintenance, management and tenants. When not focusing on his work, he enjoys playing sports, games, hiking the many mountains in Washington and dancing salsa and merengue.
