A KGIP member since August 2023, Nate is a building engineer for the Nicola Wealth Southside portfolio and is responsible for day-to-day coordination of maintenance for building systems.
Prior to joining KGIP, Nate worked as a specialist for the engineering team with JLL@Meta working with the end users to complete work orders and HVAC system controls.
Nate has also worked with Schnitzer West as a building engineer at a High-rise building in downtown Seattle worked with a small team of management and engineers taking care of the building and property maintenance. Prior to that Nate worked at a bank in Renton as the main facilities and maintenance and vendor coordinator along with security.
