A KGIP member since 2013, Shawn Gilson is a General Manager responsible for the oversight and day-to-day property management of our Bellevue, Washington office and retail portfolio. He oversees include tenant and vendor relations, construction management for tenant and capital projects, contract administration, lease negotiations, and financial and management budgeting and reporting.
Prior to joining KGIP Shawn was involved in many areas of commercial and residential real estate and development. He has over a decade of real estate experience. Previously Shawn held positions both with private sector and government agencies where he was focused on brokerage, property management, development, and municipal building and planning.
Shawn is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
