Scott joined KGIP in 2019 and is KGIP’s Development Manager, specializing in the development oversight of industrial, retail and office projects. He is responsible for the entire development process from entitlement, permitting, construction management and coordination with local, state and federal jurisdictions.
Scott has an extensive background in commercial real estate architectural design working at both MG2 Design and Fuller Sears Architects.
Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies in 1996 and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1997.
