Marcus has been a KGIP team member since August 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of an office portfolio in downtown Bellevue, Washington. He manages directly or through the help of other co-workers including the physical plant and specialized systems, tenant and vendor relations, oversight of special projects, and safety and governmental compliance.
Prior to joining KGIP, he transitioned as a Lead Building Engineer with Schnitzer West, LLC and worked there for nearly 7 years. During that time, Marcus I had exposure to commercial high-rise and mixed-use industrial properties that we managed 3rd party. Those properties stretched as far down south of the I-5 corridor in Lakewood, WA all the up north as far as Bothell, WA. He took part in the commissioning of the Urban Union project in South Lake Union, located at 501 Fairview Ave N developed by Schnitzer West.
