Lemi joined KGIP in December 2024. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Seattle downtown portfolio properties, which encompass an impressive total of 314,000 square feet of space.
Before joining KGIP, Lemi worked at Stephen C. Grey & Associates, where he gained valuable experience in building maintenance. His career also includes 14 years as a mechanic, 2 years in construction, and 3 years as a building maintenance engineer. This diverse skill set allows Lemi to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks with expertise and efficiency.
