Kekoa joined KGIP in 2023 and is the Chief Engineer responsible for engineering services for the Seattle office and retail portfolio. Kekoa has extensive experience in commercial property maintenance and most recently worked for Kidder Matthews where he was the Chief Engineer for a commercial portfolio. He has experience in leading a team of Building Engineers including recruiting, supervising and training. Kekoa was also an Assistant Chief Engineer at Willows Lodge.
Kekoa holds several certifications including Refrigeration, Electrical Trainee and Grade III Boilers.
