Heidi Adamson joined KGIP in May 2019 and serves as a Senior Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of commercial office, retail and medical properties located in the Bellevue and Redmond area.
Heidi’s property management career spans over 20 years and includes single-family, HOA, retail, and commercial management. She has had the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of multiple property management start-ups. Most recently as the VP of the Seattle region for a national single-family management company, which purchased and managed over 3,500 single-family homes in the Seattle area.
Her commercial management experience has included managing high-rise, Class-A office buildings in Seattle and Bellevue, which hosted Amazon as the primary tenant. Heidi’s responsibilities include lease and tenant management, capital improvement projects, financial review and budgeting, contract negotiating, team building and leadership. Heidi prides herself on her stellar level of customer service with tenants, vendors, and her team.
