Haley joined KGIP in February 2025 and serves as an Assistant Property Manager on behalf of the Clarion, Winkler, and Vibe Portfolios. Haley handles all day-to-day operations, preparation of operating budgets, financial reporting, as well as tenant and vendor relations.
Haley’s professional experience includes more than 2 years of commercial property management of mid-rise office, retail, and industrial buildings. During this time, she has participated in vendor contract management, lease administration, accounts payable processes, capital project management, budget and CAM reconciliation preparation, and monthly financial reporting. Haley has quickly proven her aptitude for working in fast-paced environments, understanding client objectives, and fostering positive tenant relationships.
Haley is an active member of BOMA and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Portland.
