Edwin has been a KGIP team member since November 2022 as a Building Engineer for the Bellevue North and Bellevue South retail properties. The properties are in downtown Bellevue and consist of 74,044sf for three major retail tenants at Bellevue North and 183,028sf for eight combined retail and medical tenants at Bellevue South.
Edwin has over twenty years of experience as a Maintenance Technician working in commercial properties and medical facilities, and as an Operation and Maintenance Specialist for a local HVAC equipment company.
Edwin has been able to apply his years of experience and industry knowledge to the various projects he is assigned to. Some of those projects include plumbing, HVAC controls, electrical projects, and chemical/water testing.
