Angel joined KGIP in November 2018 and is responsible for the maintenance of a Class A office high-rise in downtown Bellevue. Angel manages vendors and contractors to maintain, repair, and test a variety of devices and equipment.
Angel also works with the tenants using the work order software Angus/Axis, which includes HVAC repairs, maintenance, and temperature adjustments, plumbing, conference room setups, AV and computer connections, painting, wall, floor, electrical, doors and lock repairs and maintenance, elevators and doors schedule.
Angel graduated from college as an electronics technician in Bulgaria and worked as an electronics technician for eight years before immigrating to the United States.
