Alison joined KGIP in 2001, and is the Human Resources Director handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and payroll administration. She also handles the development and implementation of organizational culture.
Alison is also responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategies for the company, including website development and internal marketing materials.
Before she came to KGIP, Alison was an Investment Coordinator at Martin Smith Real Estate Services, coordinating marketing and financial analysis for investment sales transactions. She has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing her certification in HR Management. Alison is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
