Mark Chandler joined KGIP in November 2024, bringing extensive experience in building maintenance and operations. At the Plaza East Property, Mark oversees daily operations, coordinates repairs, and ensures the smooth functioning of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, Fire/Life/Safety, and water treatment equipment. His focus on safety, project coordination, and operational excellence creates a secure and efficient environment for tenants.
Mark is highly skilled in collaborating with tenants and vendors, efficiently addressing tenant needs, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. His dedication to building strong relationships and ensuring tenant satisfaction underscores his commitment to excellence.
Before joining KGIP, Mark gained significant experience at CBRE, where he managed the maintenance of multiple buildings across a vast client portfolio spanning over 15 million square feet. He was also part of the Critical Environments team, maintaining essential infrastructure for Microsoft. Mark is recognized for his expertise in managing complex systems and his effective communication with management and clients.
