Armond joined KGIP in June 2026 as a Senior Project Accountant. He is responsible for property accounting for a portfolio comprised of office, retail, and mixed-use assets in Washington and Oregon.
Prior to joining KGIP, Armond was the Corporate Accountant for Washington Holdings. During his time there he was responsible for the Company’s corporate books, assisting in financial and control audits, job cost accounting for One and Two Union Square, and property accounting for a multi-tenant building in Ballard.
Armond received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business concentrated in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University.
