A KGIP member since 2025, Julia is responsible for managing accounts payable, reviewing insurance requirements, event planning, and assisting with vendor and tenant inquiries.
Prior to joining KGIP, Julia gathered residential property management experience, focusing on multi-family developments in the Seattle area. Her past role as an Office manager gives her experience in vendor management, office administration, as well as client relations.
