Megan joined KGIP in September 2021 and serves as the Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of Class B and Industrial properties for private ownerships across the Portland Metro area. Megan handles all client relations, financial reporting, preparation of annual business plans and operating budgets, capital project and tenant improvement oversight, lease administration, building sustainability, as well as tenant and vendor relations. She excels at successfully implementing ownership objectives while delivering superior service to building tenants.
Megan’s professional experience includes more than 7 years of commercial property management of Class A office buildings in Portland. Her extensive management career started with the Bill Naito Company, managing historical properties, including Montgomery Park Building. Bill Naito Company was purchased by Unico Properties and enabled Megan to establish her approach to real estate operations, management, tenant and client relationships, financial reporting, and assisting with building transitions.
Megan is an Oregon State licensed Real Estate Broker.
