Lucinda joined the KGIP team in 2020 and is a Senior Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of Class A Office and Industrial properties.
Prior to KGIP Lucinda managed two Class A mid-rise buildings in Oakland, 2001 Broadway and 1300 Broadway, along with a portfolio of industrial properties in the South Bay for Cushman & Wakefield. Before Cushman & Wakefield Lucinda was Real Estate Manager for CBRE for over three years and has experience managing Class A high-rise, retail, historical and campus-style projects in both the Oakland and San Francisco Markets.
While in San Francisco Lucinda led her management teams to win two The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards at the local level, for 180 Howard and 500 Washington and one TOBY Award at the regional level for 180 Howard. While working in Oakland she was an active member on the Lake Merritt Uptown District Association Board. She was also awarded The BOMA Foundation Inaugural J. Michael Coleman Scholarship in 2017 and BOMA Oakland/East Bay Education Scholarship in 2014.
Lucinda is an active member of BOMA Oakland East Bay and past member of BOMA San Francisco as well as past Chair of the Awards Committee and Emerging Professionals Committee. She earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, holds an RPA Designation, and has her Real Estate Salesperson license.
