A KGIP member since 2024, Dave Swensen supports the Plaza Yarrow Bay team with vendor management and oversite of ongoing projects. Dave is responsible for operations of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy management.
Prior to joining KGIP, Dave was a Director of Engineering with C&W Services in the South Lake Union area. Before returning to the Pacific Northwest, Dave was a Project Manager for a maintenance and repair contract with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol in Southern Arizona
Dave holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Grand Canyon University
