Angel joined KGIP in February 2024 as the Property Administrator responsible for the day-to-day operations and office management of the Nicola Wealth Portfolio. She has 20+ years working in the property management industry in the Washington area. Her responsibilities with the KG Nicola team, involve daily office administration, document management, tenant and vendor relations and accounts payable.
Prior to joining KGIP, Angel worked with Greystar as an Assistant Property Manager on a residential portfolio. Angel started her career as an AP specialist working her way to Property Accountant and Executive Administrative Assistant before moving to commercial and residential property management. She has worked with Goodman Real Estate in Seattle and worked on condo conversions as well.
Angel has the willingness to take on any other projects as requested including audits and process improvement. Commitment to providing consistent quality service and assistance (with a smile) during all interactions is a top priority for her.
