Siling is a Senior Project Accountant at KGIP and handles the accounting for 18 properties totaling over 5.5 million square feet of our managed portfolio.
Siling began her career as an assistant accountant at Trammell Crow Company in 2000. Trammell Crow is one of the largest diversified commercial real estate services companies in the world. When Trammell Crow merged with CBRE in 2006, she was promoted to Managing Senior Accountant, supervised and provided direction and/or reviewed the daily operations and financial reporting of Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants. In 2007, Siling joined Metzler Realty Advisors, one of the oldest German private banks that has been doing business for more than 340 years. Today, as Senior Project Accountant at KG Investment Properties, her portfolio size has doubled and includes Class A & B office, newly developed and established retail, and complex industrial properties in Washington and Oregon.
Siling is a highly skilled property accountant and has advanced skills in using accounting software packages including Yardi & MRI. Siling has an Accounting degree in Bellevue College. Siling graduated with honors.
