Siella joined KGIP in May 2024 and serves as the Assistant Property Manager for various Industrial and Office Properties for private ownership across the Portland Metro area. Siella is also responsible for day-to-day functions as it relates to tenant and client needs, invoicing, certifications of insurance, as well as vendor services.
Previously, Siella was a Senior Property Management Coordinator at Melvin Mark Companies. She has three years of experience in the commercial property management industry, assisting on a diverse portfolio of over 1 million square feet by handling tenant queries, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring efficient operations.
Outside of the office, Siella enjoys exploring all the different coffee shops in the Portland Metro area as well as going on hikes and beach trips with her husband and loved ones.
