Shannon is a Senior Property Manager with KGIP. She is responsible for the financial performance, operations, construction and leasing of the Broadway Tower, a Class A office high-rise building in downtown Portland.
Before joining KGIP, Shannon worked for Shorenstein Realty Services managing over 1 million square feet of Class A office buildings in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Her responsibilities included tenant management, financial reporting, budgeting, contract negotiations, and both capital and tenant improvements. Prior to Shorenstein, Shannon worked for Spieker Properties in property management, development, and asset repositioning of Class A office space in their Portland portfolio.
Shannon is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications.
